In his brief but assuring Instagram story, Chong Wei assured everyone that Lee Zii Jia deserved the win, and said the journey had not been easy for the young badminton player who departed from BAM 3 years back.

“Well-deserved Olympic medal. Your journey is not easy and everyone is proud of you!” Chong Wei told Zii Jia.
