A New Standard of Comfort: Harvey Norman Brings the Hilker Titanium ComfortCore V-Series to M’sia

Harvey Norman today unveiled the Hilker Titanium ComfortCore V-Series Mattress at its Mid Valley KL flagship store, marking an exclusive retail partnership that brings award-winning German sleep engineering powered by record-breaking titanium alloy pocket spring technology to Malaysian homes. This partnership underscores Harvey Norman’s commitment to innovation, comfort, and long-lasting durability in bedding solutions.

A milestone launch, officiated by industry leaders

The launch ceremony was officiated by Mr. Jonathan Toh, Chief Operating Officer of Harvey Norman Malaysia, Mr. Ernst Hilker, Brand Owner of Hilker, Mr. Eddy Ng, Lead General Manager of Harvey Norman Malaysia, and Ms. Phyliss Tiang, Brand Assistant Manager of Luxury Sleep (M) Sdn. Bhd.

Adding to the significance of the event, Hilker was officially recognised by the Malaysia Book of Records for achieving the “Most Titanium Alloy Pocket Springs in a Mattress (2026)”, an award presented during the launch and celebrated as a proud milestone by both Hilker and Harvey Norman.

“This launch reflects our commitment to delivering products built on genuine quality and proven performance, and we are proud to offer this award-recognised sleep innovation exclusively at Harvey Norman, giving Malaysians access to world-class sleep solutions they can trust,” said Jonathan Toh, Chief Operating Officer, Harvey Norman Malaysia.

Engineered for stronger support and deeper rest

At the heart of the V-Series is Hilker’s latest breakthrough: the TXI First Titanium Pocket Springs Zoning System, powered by Ti-core® Titanium Pocket Springs technology. The TXI architecture combines honeycomb and parallel spring formations within dedicated pressure relief zones, arranged in a multilayer advanced coil system.

This record-setting configuration, with more than 10,000 springs in a mattress, is engineered to deliver exceptional spinal alignment, enhanced pressure relief, full body stability, advanced motion control, and long-lasting durability for years of consistent performance.
