As Malaysians, we all know what it’s like to be stuck in traffic for hours. Sometimes you are lucky enough to be caught in moving traffic while others aren’t so lucky and get stuck in standstills.

When this happens, I’m sure we can all agree that it’s such a waste of time to be stuck in your car when you could be doing so many other productive things instead.

However, this was no issue for a woman who was also stuck in a standstill, because instead of complaining about the traffic or wasting her time away, she decided to grab this opportunity to do some exercise right in the middle of the highway. Yes, you heard that right.

According to Asia One, this woman from China actually got out of her car and started to do some warm up exercises at the side of the road. Then she moved towards the middle of the highway and proceeded to do her tai chi routine.

But this wasn’t just some 30-minute ‘workout’, she kept at it for almost two hours! Wow, Aunty! #dedication

In the video, you can see other motorists walking around in the background but she did not get distracted. Even when it started to drizzle a little, it was no excuse for her as she remained steady and focused with all her tai chi moves.

Watch this aunty busting out her tai chi moves here:

Maybe this will influence us to stop making excuses about not hitting the gym or eating healthy. Anytime is a good time to exercise, right?
