It’s been a while since Malaysians have been properly excited over badminton competitions, as many of our players lost in the preliminaries of the past few tournaments.

This time they seem to be doing well as 2 shuttlers from the Men’s Singles and a Men’s Doubles team advanced to the semi-finals after beating their opponents.

The semi-finals will be held at 5 pm local time, and the Malaysian badminton players will face off with the players from China.

Minister of Youth and Sports Hannah Yeoh has announced on her X (formerly known as Twitter) account that the matches will be streamed on the big screens.

This screening will take place at different locations in every state (except Penang). So, if you would like to support the athletes and other Malaysians, you should definitely attend the event at the location listed for each respective state.
