“We are united” – M’sians of All Races Gather at Eatery Showing National Athlete at Olympic Games

The Olympic Games is bound to keep people around the world on edge. Meanwhile, it’s clear that Malaysian supporters show unwavering support, no matter where they are or when the games are on.

In a recent video posted by @xliffiskandar, he captured a heartwarming moment of a big crowd of Malaysians gathering in front of a local eatery.

“Good luck Malaysian athletes!”

In the video, a crowd of Malaysian supporters is seen gathering in front of an eatery in Genting Highlands, which just happened to be airing the Olympic Games on TV.

Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, Iskandar shared that he works nearby and has just finished his shift. He decided to visit the mall and was pleasantly surprised to find an enthusiastic crowd of supporters.

“We are united”

Iskandar described the situation as a lively atmosphere which impressed him so much that he wanted to share the experience with other sports fans on his TikTok.

In the video, he added a caption that reads,

“Don’t question race and religion; when we are under one roof, we are united.”

He also mentioned how the supporters’ smiles as they watched the game and cheered were truly an indescribable and unforgettable experience for him.
