A woman in Kuching, Sarawak was recently caught pointing her middle finger at another driver.
In a circulating video, the woman, who drove a MyVi showed the offensive gesture before taking over the driver, who also recorded the scene in which the woman stepped on the brake a few times and flashed her hazard lights repeatedly at the traffic light.
The man who recorded the incident claims that the woman merged into his lane without using her indicator, and he was shocked when the woman dangerously overtook him.
The man honked at her, and she was not happy about it.
“She almost killed me. She cut into my lane, no signal, nothing,” the man lamented.
When the woman took over the man, she “proudly” raised her hand out the window and pointed the lewd gesture again.
A police report was made
The incident that took place on March 15 around 4:46 PM has gained the attention of the police, and PDRM is currently on the hunt for the woman.
In an official statement, PDRM confirmed that they received a report about the matter yesterday (March 18) around 5:50 PM from the 18-year-old driver who recorded the incident.
“The woman has been identified. The matter is now being investigated under Section 509 of the Penal Code.”

Section 509 prohibits actions that are intended to insult the modesty of any person, whether through words, sounds, gestures, or objects. If found guilty, the woman may face a jail term of up to five years or a fine.
