On his way back from escorting duties, this officer stopped mid-journey to help this man cross a busy road.

Revealing himself as a police officer to the man, he sought to ask if he was in need of assistance. Answering that he wanted to cross the road, here is a video of what went down that very day.

Stopping traffic, the officer proceeded to help the man.

Good job, officer!

Taking to the comments section, one individual who identified the man as an elder in his village shared this information with us all.

“This is a villager at my hometown. He would usually go on long walks, and there are times people would give him a ride.”

It is always positive to hear that, as Malaysians, we are still mindful of our elders and lend them a hand when we can.
