Watch: PDRM Manages To Convince Man In Alor Setar Who Attended Tabligh Gathering To Get Tested

On 19 March, Defense Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob, as reported by The Sundaily, revealed that about 4,000 Malaysians who attended the tabligh gathering in Masjid Jamek Sri Petaling have yet to voluntarily step forward to be tested. They have since been identified and PDRM is on the hunt for these ignorant members of the community.

The stubbornness of the missing members of the tabligh group can be seen in a video shared by Bernama, showing the PDRM raiding the house of a man in Alor Setar who is believed to have joined the tabligh gathering thanks to the information shared by his neighbours who are concerned about his condition.

In the video, it can be seen that one of the officers was trying to convince him to give himself in and follow the cops to the hospital to be tested. They even pleaded to him not to put anyone at risk. At the end of the video, he took his bike, escorted by two PDRM cruisers and eventually went to the hospital to be tested.

Kudos to the PDRM for managing to convince this uncle to go for testing. We really appreciate our front-liners who are doing their very best in their duties to ensure that the rakyat is safe. Thank you!
