Teachers are nurturers! Through engaging teachings and boundless support, they discover our talents and shape our minds. Hence, whether you’re a student or a graduate, it’s important to express your gratitude, especially on Teacher’s Day!

Getting our everyday heroes some thoughtful gifts can be a great way to show appreciation but if you’re running out of Teacher’s Day gift ideas, we have a brilliant suggestion for you…

From now until 15th April 2023, Malaysians can nominate their teachers for Anugerah Guru Inspirasi McDonald’s®!

If this special award doesn’t make the perfect gift, we don’t know what else would!

Wait, what is Anugerah Guru Inspirasi McDonald’s®

The ‘Anugerah Guru Inspirasi’ (AGI) McDonald’s® aims to acknowledge extraordinary and inspiring teachers who’ve gone the extra mile in nurturing their students. These teachers are constantly going all out to educate and shape our future leaders, and they undoubtedly deserve a token of appreciation!

If you haven’t already known, this special award was established in 2017. Over the years, more than 30,000 students of all backgrounds from across Malaysia have nominated their favourite teachers, and 131 teachers have been awarded ever since! This program is also in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Malaysia.
