Penang General Hospital Urgently Appeals For Blood Donors as Supply Runs ‘Very Low’, Here’s How to Donate

The Penang General Hospital’s blood supply is running seriously low, leading to blood donation drives this weekend.

Derma Darah Penang took to their Facebook page to urge the public to head on over to the Penang General Hospital to donate blood due to the low supply.

The caption read, “(This is an) appeal to donate blood today at General Hospital Penang. Our blood supply is VERY LOW. We need 100 (bags of) blood per day for patients.”

 

Here’s where you can donate blood in Penang

Besides the Penang General Hospital, people can also make their way to Lotus’s Sungai Dua tomorrow (11 April) from 10 AM to 4 PM, to donate blood for the Penang General Hospital.
