A recent video has been making the rounds online, showing a man landing on someone’s rooftop during a parachuting exercise in Perak.

In the caption, 4remark shared how it was quite an experience, especially since he unexpectedly landed and had to fold his static parachute on the roof of someone’s house.

“I landed on the roof of an amoi‘s house”

Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, 4remark explained that he’s actually a police officer and was taking part in a basic tactical parachute training session with VAT69 and PASKAL back in 2022 in Taiping.

For those who might not be familiar, VAT69 is an elite special forces unit under the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM).

In the video, he’s seen folding his parachute on the roof of someone’s house, even setting off the home’s alarm, which caused a loud siren to go off.

The caption on his post reads,

“At that moment, I thought, ‘This is it for me. I’m done for.’ I didn’t die, but I was all banged up. It was quite the experience landing and folding a static parachute on the roof of an amoi’s house.”

The homeowner told him he wouldn’t have to pay for the damages

In one of the comments he responded to, 4remark mentioned how his landing caused some damage to the homeowner’s roof, but the owners were nice enough to tell him he wouldn’t have to pay for it.

He also shared that while he was still on the roof, the homeowner called out to check if he was okay and told him to get down.

“Good thing the house had a security alarm. No idea who recorded this. Thankfully, I’m still alive, and after that, I went for another jump,” he wrote.
