Taking to Twitter, a netizen recently shared a disturbing before-and-after picture of a bruised and malnourished child.

In her caption, the netizen writes, “This is another case of child abuse. This has gone on for more than four days.”

Saw someone tweeted sebelum kena dera, nampak so chubby and happy kid. Look at her now, so skinny and terrified. Child abuse is the most unforgiven thing. Id be in jail for murder if someone did this to my kids or my family. https://t.co/mFfbEQW3fB pic.twitter.com/MojmSASW6i
