WATCH: M’sian Advises Public to Inspect Aging Parents’ Supplements Stock in Fear of Scams

Taking to TikTok, this netizen made a public service announcement for everyone to inspect their parents’ supplement stock in fear of fake products and scams.

In his 1 minute video, this man was seen rummaging through his parents’ stockpile of medicine, making comments along the way.

Looking through his parents’ supplement stockpile, we can’t help but raise our eyebrows at the number of products companies are pushing to their would-be clientele, with very vague health benefits promoted on each product.

In the comments section, here is what some netizens had to say in the video.

“After consuming all this, make your way to the nephrologist.”

“It is better for the son to control the consumption of these supplements before anything bad happens. It seems senior citizens are susceptible to peer pressure and social media without looking through the ingredients,” said a user.
