If you’ve watched “adult videos” (aka AVs for short) before, then you’ve most probably wondered how these AV male stars can maintain long-lasting erections. No judging though if you’ve watched them!

Well, wonder no more because Ken Shimizu, fondly dubbed as “the king of Japanese porn” has shared some tips on how to keep your member down under standing tall for a long time so that you won’t be a disappointing flop. And without the help of chemicals or drugs too!

He is also known as Shimiken in his videos and has frequently been asked for endurance tips. Seeing as he has performed with over 7,500 women in more than 7,000 adult films in his 20-year career, he is certainly one of the right people to ask! Plus, the 38-year-old also wears many hats – he is a bodybuilding health buff, nutrition enthusiast, and a sex tips author.

To help fellow men out there, he has now kindly decided to reveal the secret to his ability to keep on going on and on in a Twitter post that has been translated by Nextshark.

The actor wrote, “I get asked ‘What are good supplements for erections?’ a lot, so I’m posting my ‘Boner Food’ for the first time in a while. Diet. Sleep. Exercise. Those are what keep your erection nice and firm. Supplements take a backseat to this, and there are a lot of guys who rely on supplements without a balanced diet!”

He then proceeds to list the ‘Boner Food’ diet and things he does that help him maintain a healthy hard-on:

• Broccoli
• Japanese mountain yams
• Avocados
• Beef
• Blue-backed fish (Omega-3 fatty acid, EPA, DHA rich fish which include sardine, mackerel, herring, perch and anchovy)
• Squats
• Lots of sleep

Now, that sounds like a rather sensible and healthy diet for anyone, even if you are not interested in maintaining a raging boner. Of course, this doesn’t mean that you are guaranteed to be able to maintain a long-lasting and hard erection as there are many other factors that need to be taken into consideration but it will definitely help!

So, will you be incorporating these ‘Boner Food’ into your daily meals? 😉
