The caption of the post reads,

“Be cautious with people like this. A report has been filed, just waiting for the police to take action. My dignity as a cashier was compromised when a customer behaved like this in front of others, especially when the customer was the one at fault.”

She advised the customer to wait

In the video, a woman can be seen waiting in line to pay for her items. It was reported that the customer wanted to return one of the items after it had already been scanned at the counter.

According to the police report filed by the cashier, she had already explained to the customer beforehand that the scanned item had been recorded in the system.

After being told to wait, the customer proceeded to scold the cashier in an aggressive tone.

Following the completion of the payment, the customer physically assaulted the cashier, punching her in front of other customers. This left the cashier with swelling under her left eye.

The post shared the cashier’s shock as she recounted how she calmly explained things to the customer. She continued,

“I can handle being scolded, but resorting to violence? I’ve already given the police pictures and CCTV footage. What did I do to deserve being punched? I won’t forget what you did. I’m pregnant, and you still dare to lay a hand on me.”
