A man from Bangkok, Thailand has gone viral after he shared his incredible transformation where he lost 81kg within a year!
On 6 June, Nes Chedtragull shared in a Facebook post that he has been obese since childhood. Weighing 156kg initially, he said he started eating clean and taking walks for one to two hours a day. After about a year, Nes’s weight went down to 75kg.
Nes also posted several before and after photos of his transformation, with some showing how his whole body could fit into an entire leg in his old pants.
In another Facebook post, Nes shared that he started his weight loss journey in August 2019. Aside from eating clean and walking every day, he would also cycle at home every day, including public holidays. By the end of 2020, Nes had lost a significant amount of weight and has managed to maintain his fitness since then.
Nes advises those who want to lose weight to choose the method that suits them the best, be it swimming, cycling, walking, running, or going to the gym.
“Food is one of the main factors that determine your health. And being physically healthy is very important,” he said.
Before his post went viral, Nes shared videos of his workouts, like cycling, doing push-ups and hula hooping.
“Physical health is very important. Don’t forget to remind your family members to take care of their health,” he said.
