So again, Chinese people (from China – as some of our readers requested to state the obvious) has earned quite a reputation for themselves and one of the most frequent heard cases are them stirring up chaos at the airport or plane. For instance, when a lady threw hot water from a cup noodle after being refused to be seated with her most darling boyfriend. You can read more about it here.
Adding to the mountain of bad behaviour, a Chinese woman chucked a cuppa orange juice at a Cathay Pacific flight attendant when an argument arose in regards to the children’s meal, reports the South China Morning Post.
Authorities were on standby at Hong Kong International Airport when flight CX746 from Dubai landed at 5am Saturday morning to remove a 36-year old woman after she threw OJ at a 25-year old female attendant.
A representative from the airline commented, “A passenger caused an incident this morning on flight CX746 from Dubai to Hong Kong, and a case has been submitted to the police, therefore I am unable to provide more information.”
Apparently, the woman was travelling with a large group. She got angry when the in-flight meals for the children were not prepared in advance.
Words were exchanged and in the heat of the moment, a splash of orange juice was used to ‘drown’ her flames!
The police report states: “Personnel arrived at the scene, and the victim was not hurt.” The woman of Chinese nationality has been arrested on the basis of common assault.
Now that’s not an example you want to pass on to the kids.
