This is a lesson to everyone out there, to never mess with a boss lady.

On Tuesday (17 January), 2 men armed with parangs (machetes) had raided a hawker center at Taman Segar Perdana, Cheras. After intimidating the customers at the shop, they then proceeded to attack a man. The reason for their attack is unknown.

Though, throughout this ordeal, one person stood out the most. A woman, believed to be the boss lady of the hawker center, had not only stood up against the 2 armed men but also used a chair to defend the victim, as showcased in a video shared by the FTopNews 新闻最前线 Facebook page.

They wrote, “On Tuesday, 2 men armed with machetes walked into a café and slashed at a man. But, she who is believed to be the owner of the business desperately defended him with a chair. The cause of the incident is unknown.”

In the video, the 2 armed men could be seen entering through the front of the shop. As the customers immediately moved to get out of their way, the lady boss stood strongly at the counter even when the men tried to intimidate her with their weapons.

The 2 men then went out through the side of the shop to attack one of the hawkers, who was using a chair to defend himself as the lady boss followed the men closely behind. As the situation moved back inside the store, the men then started slashing at the victim as the customers ran away.

At this point, the victim had fallen to the floor and the lady boss could be seen running to his rescue!

She immediately grabbed a chair and defended the man fearlessly. Even when one of the suspects pointed his machete in her face, she didn’t even flinch!

As the suspects tried to go after the victim again, the lady boss held onto one of their arms to prevent them from chasing the victim as they tried to argue with her. The suspect whom she was holding onto once again threatened her with his machete, but she proceeded to speak to him calmly without even breaking a sweat.

The suspects then left after the victim had run out of the store.

FTopNews 新闻最前线 reported in a separate post that the 2 suspects have since been arrested by the police.

The lady boss clearly deserves a medal for her bravery.
