A movie plan never goes wrong on any occasion. However, it may be costly for most of us who are studying or working as we will hardly ever get the chance to nab discounts offered on weekdays. Especially when you add on a box of popcorn and drinks. Sad case for us.

Well, from now onwards though, there is a way to get affordable movie tickets. With the TGV Cinemas and Maybank collaboration promotion, you can now enjoy a movie for as low as RM10 at all TGV Cinema outlets from now till January 31, 2019!

The best part is, this deal is available every day before 6pm! Weekends included! The price for each ticket varies as follows:

  • RM10 for Standard Halls Ticket
  • RM20 for IMAX 2D Ticket (selected locations)
  • RM24 for IMAX 3D Ticket (with 3D glasses)

How do I get my hands on this amazing deal?

Starting from February 1 till January 31, 2019, just head over to the ticketing counter at any TGV Cinemas outlets to purchase tickets for movies airing before 6pm. However, this offer is not valid for online, mobile app ticketing and kiosk purchases. Advanced purchasing is not allowed as well, which means you will have to get your tickets early before it’s sold out for the day. Early bird catches the worm!

To enjoy this offer, you must use your Maybank Mastercard, Visa and AMEX credit or debit card.

Any other 3D-movie facilities, Twin Premium, Beanie, LUXE, INDULGE and any other ongoing promotions are not applicable with this promotion.

For the Standard Hall, only Standard and Preferred seats are available whereas for IMAX 2D and IMAX 3D, only Standard and Premium seats are available.

Other than ticket offers, you may also enjoy discounts at concession counters and F&B outlets under TGV Cinemas. By using your Maybank Mastercard, Visa and AMEX credit card, a 10 per cent discount will be given for all F&B items at concession counters, including combos. Remember to flash your Maybank credit card to enjoy the 10 per cent discount.

For F&B outlets, the offer is only applicable at Chill*X and Indulge Outlets only. A discount of 20 per cent will be given to all food and beverage items while you can get 10 per cent off for Popcorn Royale and Combo sets, whereby you’ll also need to use your Maybank Mastercard, Visa and AMEX credit card to enjoy this offer.

PS: All offers mentioned are not valid with any other ongoing promotions.

So, remember to ‘jio’ all your friends for a movie outing this entire year!
