Thankfully, a man named Azizi Azizan discovered him and took to Facebook to share about the surreal experience. Azizan said he initially thought a crazy person was walking towards him when he saw the man. “I thought it was an insane person coming with mud all over his body,” said the Azizan in a post about the accident which has since garnered nearly 2,000 shares.

“He said he was in an accident and he feels like he passed out for three days straight,” continued Azizi, who added that the man called his mother immediately and she said he had just left the house yesterday (10 December).

In the pictures shared by the netizen, the car can be seen lying in the ditch, wrecked from the impact of the accident. “There’s no way anyone would have seen him in that ditch. He had to brace himself and jump out of the car to get help,” said Azizan.
