Noor Hisham added that it is the responsibility of all citizens to control the spread of Covid-19 in our country. He advised all citizens to follow the SOPs that were put in place and to stay at home if there are no urgent matters to attend to outside.

Yesterday, Malaysia recorded 375 new positive Covid-19 cases. 371 of these cases were local while the rest were foreigners. This brings the total number of confirmed cases to 14,368.

The nation was sent into a frenzy this week when Malaysia recorded a new high for Covid-19 cases, with 691 people testing positive for the virus. Since then, areas in Sabah, Kedah, Klang and Selangor have been placed under CMCOs to monitor the growing cases in each region.

Stay tuned for more updates!
