These 70yo Hangzhou Grandpas Are So Ripped, They’re Probably Fitter Than We’ll Ever Be

Undoubtedly, grandfathers everywhere have a tendency to feel all sorts of pain in their entire body as their body starts to age. Common problems grandfathers have are back pain, a possible broken hip, or even a pulled muscle. However, these men from Hangzhou prove that with good exercise and diet, you too can achieve your ideal body goal, at any age!

One might wonder how they are able to be so toned and fit at 70 years old? According to a Facebook post in China Daily, their usual morning routine consists of using the fitness equipment stationed in a park. They would make use of all the equipment provided and implement their own exercises as well!

These group of men would work out together in order to maintain their figure and to promote a healthy lifestyle for their age group. A truly admirable effort for this group of grandpas!

From the looks of it, they certainly aren’t shy to showcase their muscular and flexible bodies in public. I mean, at the age of 70, it’s not such a bad idea to flex their toned bodies at least a little bit.

Be sure to exercise and make sure you have a healthy diet if you want to look this fit in your later years!
