The 3-storey store in Penang has been equipped with digitally enhanced inclusive designs in order to meet the needs of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing partners and customers. This includes touch-points such as visual alarms, digital trays, and point-of-sale systems with an attached customer display.

They’ve even incorporated artwork from local Deaf artist, Lim Anuar, as a celebration of Deaf culture.
