Braving the rain, the Malaysian heat or heavy traffic is no easy feat for any food delivery service rider. But one seemed to go above and beyond, carrying out his duties as a food delivery service rider.

Taking to Twitter, @sampockettrade spoke of his awe at his foodpanda rider Syahrain Fadzil making substantial income despite having special needs.

@sampockettrade writes, “I am at awe with this special individual. He is a full time rider with foodpanda making RM600-800 weekly. He makes an honest income and refuses to go to the streets and beg.”

The video showing @sapockettrade’s interview with Shahrain, querying him of his daily challenges, has garnered 2.7k likes and 5k retweets.

Netizens responded to the video by showing support for Shahrain, with many astonished at his effort to work hard, becoming a real inspiration for many. Others are amazed at his motorcycle riding skills.

“Unlike most people who often complain about petty things, or how they don’t get their life handed to them on a silver platter, just look at this guy! He’s a real inspiration!”, one netizen said.

Another netizen invited commenters to follow Shahrain’s instagram, which is circled around the rider’s life and motorcycles.

The tweet writes, “You guys can follow his instagram and witness him riding a 125 with his abilities.”

Syahrain’s determination to earn a living just goes to show that even with special needs he too can thrive with hard work and a can-do attitude. So, what’s your excuse?
