If what AirAsia CEO Tan Sri Tony Fernandes recently said is true, it looks like Malaysian Armys have something to be very excited about!

In a recent Instagram post, the AirAsia CEO posed with a young BTS fan named Yuna in Seoul, South Korea on Sunday (16th December).

In his post, he also mentioned that the world famous K-pop group will be making their way to Kuala Lumpur soon. 

Earlier last week, a video surfaced, which showed Tan Sri Tony Fernandes speaking at Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA), confirming that he would be bringing BTS to Malaysia; this garnered excited reactions from the crowd.

“Am I going to bring BTS to Malaysia? Yes, I am! My wife is Korean… I am very confident that BTS will come to Bukit Jalil… I will do my best.”

Needless to say, Malaysian fans are definitely pumped over the possibility of BTS coming over to Malaysian shores.

BTS is currently on their world tour, and have listed Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, and Thailand among their stops for next year. However, Malaysia is not listed as of yet. So, be sure to stay tuned for more updates on this!
