Just yesterday (28th March), the Dewan Rakyat officially passed the motion on redelineation, with 129 votes for and 80 against. This resulted in a number of changes in polling stations and parliamentary seats across all states in the peninsular, namely Johor, Selangor, and Perak. In total, 98 of 185 seats the peninsular have reportedly had their boundaries redrawn.

So, if you’re a registered voter, you’re probably keeping an eye on which districts and constituencies have been affected.

Not sure if you’ve been affected by these changes? Find out using this redelineation checker developed by Malaysiakini. This checker requires you to know your constituency (DUN) and polling district, so if you’re not sure about that, check them on the Election Commission’s website here first.

Remember to check if your polling district has changed before going out to vote this upcoming GE14, guys! Every vote counts!
