The heat nowadays has been unforgiving and it has already claimed its second life.

BERNAMA reported that a 3-year-old boy succumbed to heatstroke after playing in a car at the back of his house in Kampung Teluk, Kelantan.

His grandmother said that on 29 March, the child played with his siblings in their grandfather’s car at the back of the house. His siblings wanted to go home but the young child insisted on staying in the car.

It was only a few hours later that he was discovered wildly conscious.

“The child was probably accidentally locked inside the car and he was only discovered in a semi-conscious state nearly two hours later,“ his grandmother said.
