Suspect has no prior criminal record

Fadil added that the investigation paper will be completed before being referred to the Deputy Public Prosecutor (DPP) for further action.

“Investigations found that the man acted that way because the child didn’t wash the dishes or clean the kitchen. Checks also revealed that the suspect, who works as a plumber, has no prior criminal record,” he said.

The case is being investigated under Section 31(1)(a) of the Child Act 2001.
