Woman on Motorcycle Pepper-Sprayed, Robbed & Had Her Motorcycle Stolen By 3 Men in Gombak

A recent post shared by @update11111, which has gained significant traction online, features CCTV footage of an incident that occurred in the Gombak area on September 2nd.

The video captures a woman riding her motorcycle when suddenly, 3 men ambush her. As she falls from her bike, the men seize the opportunity and proceed to steal her motorcycle.

She was sprayed with pepper spray

The Gombak District Police released a statement revealing that the victim, a 44-year-old foreign woman working as a maid, was riding her motorcycle alone when the incident occurred.

According to the statement, she was approached by 3 men wearing helmets with dark visors, riding 2 motorcycles. One of the suspects, coming from behind, sprayed her with pepper spray, causing her to fall from her bike.

“All 3 suspects managed to escape with the victim’s motorcycle and headed towards Jalan Besar Greenwood. The complainant experienced eye irritation but fortunately did not suffer any other injuries.”

PDRM is asking the public to come forward with information

An investigation has been initiated under Section 395 of the Penal Code, which pertains to gang robbery and carries a penalty of up to 20 years in prison, along with mandatory whipping.

Anyone who witnessed the incident or has relevant information is encouraged to come forward and assist with the investigation.
