There is an old saying, ‘the more you give, the more you get’.

That is why sometimes an individual’s wealth is credited to their kindness and generosity in giving to and helping others.

Recently, a video shared on the TikTok page, @malaysianupdatenews, has gone viral.

The video shows Shuib, an entrepreneur and former Hot FM radio announcer, giving money to a young boy.

The boy appears to be selling some food from a black basket. It is common to see kids going around eateries and asking patrons to buy from them.

It is unclear whether Shuib, whose real name is Shahmira Muhamad, bought anything from the boy.

However, as seen in the video, the 37-year-old handed two RM50 notes to the young boy, after which he said some things to the kid.

Netizens praise Shuib

It was evident that Shuib was trying to keep a low profile as he discreetly passed the boy the money.

This caught the attention of netizens, who praised him for his generosity and humility.

“He’s already trying his hardest to hide his almsgiving. But it’s okay; it can be a lesson for us.”
