Arguments are bound to happen in a relationship but it does not mean we can get physical at any time. A couple’s argument in Shah Alam recently led to the death of a 32-year-old woman, who fell from the 23rd floor of an apartment!

A video is going viral on social media showing a woman falling from the balcony to her death. The viral video clip shows the Thai victim falling to her death after a scream was heard.

According to a statement released by PDRM this morning (February 29), police received a report regarding the matter around 10pm last night.

Following the investigation, the police revealed that the deceased was an unemployed Thai woman, and she was the girlfriend of the suspect, who was also arrested on the same night not long after the circulation of the video.

“Suspect is a 37-year-old male who works as a lorry driver. He has 7 criminal records, 1 of them involves drug abuse.”

A urine test was also conducted on the suspect and PDRM confirmed that he tested positive for Cannabis. The suspect has been remanded this morning at 9am at the Shah Alam Court.

The matter is currently being investigated under Section 302 of the Penal Code and if found guilty, the suspect will be facing a death sentence or a prison sentence of more than 30 years but less than 40 years. The suspect may also face 12 strokes of the rotan.

PDRM also urged all witnesses to come forward to assist in the investigation.

We truly hope the suspect will be brought to the face of justice.
