In the tweet, there were a total of four conspiracy theories shared, with a majority pointing towards the creation of COVID-19 fear with sinister purposes.

Though the tweet may have a certain degree of credibility to it, this netizen however, was having none of it.

He tweeted, “This is bona fide “fake news” – the exact kind of abhorrent disinformation that the World Health Organization says is hurting the global efforts to fight the pandemic.”

Well, when dealing with conspiracy theories, netizens seemed divided on the matter. As the tweet caught the attention of many, a certain radio DJ, who goes by the name of JJ were also compelled to comment on the matter.

@JJ_on_air writes, “Well you have solutions and vaccines for almost all of the above except for COVID-19 and COVID-19 spreads easily and has a long incubation period so it can spread without detection until it’s too late.

“Yes, don’t panic but at the same time don’t be ignorant either.”

We understand that the spread of COVID-19 also has its implications on our sanity as pointed out by the Ministry of Health. Let’s stop jumping on each other’s necks for now and help where we can by trying to stop the spread of COVID-19 instead of picking fights with each other.
