The company,Ā China Dinosaurs Park, has designated one paid holiday per month for all their workers so that they can relax and come back to work in high spirits.

As quoted by Daily Mail, Mr Chen, who leads the workers’ union at the company explained that most of the time, the workers have to deal with customers’ at the park and this will affect them negatively. So the leave policy is there to show that the company cares for its workers and love them.

A happy worker will definitely contribute more to the company. Tan Sri Tony Fernandes once said, as quoted by BBC,

“Employees come number one, customers come number two. If you have a happy workforce they’ll look after your customers anyway.”

What do you think of this unique policy practice by the company in China? Would you appreciate an extra paid day off every month to mend your stressful hearts? Share with us your thoughts in the comment section.
