Police Station Chief Arrested After Testing Positive for Drugs While Partying at Club in Ampang

A police station chief is facing disciplinary action after he was arrested while partying at an entertainment centre in Pandan Perdana, Ampang, on Friday (April 18) and tested positive for drugs.

According to a report by Harian Metro, Bukit Aman Integrity and Standards Compliance Department (JIPS) director, Datuk Seri Azri Ahmad, shared that the officer was caught during a surprise raid carried out by the Bukit Aman JIPS Operations Intelligence team following information obtained.

“As usual, parallel investigations and disciplinary action will be carried out following the arrest of the officer involved,” he said.

 

4 kinds of drugs!

Prior to this, Harian Metro reported that a 43-year-old police station chief has been arrested for taking drugs at an entertainment centre in Pandan Perdana, after a urine test confirmed the presence of 4 types of prohibited substances in his body.

Those substances were amphetamine, methamphetamine, ketamine and benzo drugs.
