NU Sentral Confirms Employee Tests Positive for Covid-19

In a statement released by Nu Sentral on their Facebook page which reads “NU SENTRAL SHOPPING CENTRE MANAGEMENT STAFF REPORTED POSITIVE COVID-19”, the shopping centre informed that one of their employees was tested positive for Covid-19 on 26th September 2020.

“The Ministry of Health (MOH) has immediately conducted contact tracing and all close contacts, including employees of NU Sentral’s management office.”

Sharing with the public that all affected is currently undergoing a 14 day quarantine period, Nu Sentral assured members of the public that it was an isolated case and has been given immediate attention.

“As a precautionary action, NU Sentral Shopping Centre has conducted a thorough sanitisation of the whole mall area following the Safety and Health Guidelines issued by MOH on Saturday, 26th September 2020.”

“We will continue to undertake these necessary preventive, and precautionary measures as the safety of our employees, business associates, and members of the public are very important to us.”
We urge members of the public to continue practising good hand hygiene, wearing masks and maintain social distancing at all times. Time to break the Covid-19 chain, people!
