The fight against the pandemic is far from over. At the moment, it is like every day we will witness a new cluster appearing throughout the country and we cannot let our guards down. We cannot afford to go into another lockdown again.

Unfortunately, there’s a case detected in a serviced apartment in Kuala Lumpur yesterday (26 September). This was made known to the public after the management of the serviced apartment released a memo to remind its residents to be mindful of their surroundings and also to be transparent about the actions that have taken to handle the ordeal. The statement said,

“We wish to inform that a resident of Desa Green Serviced Apartments staying at Block 2 has tested positive for the Covid-19 virus. The safety of our residents and staffs are our top priority. We wish to assure that the management has immediately taken the necessary steps to address the issue at hand by disinfecting possible contaminated areas.”

We would like to remind our readers, especially those who are living in the area to continue to practice physical distancing, wear a mask, use hand sanitizer and avoid crowded areas. We need to urgently adhere to all of these SOPs if we want to have a chance of winning against the dreadful virus.
