Widely loved people are as such for a reason. Whether they’ve changed the lives of those around them or extended a hand to ones in need, their receival of praise and glory always has a sincere justification behind it.
A recent TikTok video seemed to exemplify such an idea, when TikTok creator Adrian Edy shared exciting news about his mother on his page @adrianedy7. In the clip, Edy revealed that his mother, who is a teacher known to those close to her as Teacher Bibiana, received a promotion to the role of headmistress at the school she teaches in.
Celebrating the exciting announcement, many people from Teacher Bibi’s school sent her what seemed to be a mountain of gifts. From flowers to candy, balloon arrangements, and even a hand-drawn image, the variety and extensive amount of gifts displayed just how loved she is by those in her school.
“Congratulations, mummy, on being selected as the headmistress. Edy knows this has been your dream since you became a teacher, and so many people love you. Plenty of students brought presents for you, a car’s worth full. May you carry out your responsibilities as a headmistress well,” wrote Edy in the caption of his post.
Smiling with all her presents, Teacher Bibiana poses with the large pile, even taking out one of the gifts to display on the table.
Receiving tonnes of love in the comments section, many Malaysians applauded Teacher Bibi, adding that she must truly be a blessing to all those she had the opportunity to come across.
“Congratulations! Edy’s mummy used to be my children’s teacher last time in SM St Joseph in Papar, Sabah,” wrote one user.
