Addiction in any form is a terrifying thing.

Recently, a netizen shared a story on the Twitter page @ConfessTwtMy where she talked about her sister’s addiction.

A little back story, the confessor’s sister got married early and already has 6 children. However, during the MCO, she got influenced and started playing the online game PUBG.

Since then, she never really stopped and got addicted to the game; her business suffered and she pawned her car. The worst of all is that she doesn’t take care of her 6 children and lets her parents assume that responsibility.

When someone confronts her about it, she says that she is creating content to get money. Occasionally, she does live streams on TikTok and people will send her “gifts”.

As this has become a problem, her husband talked to her about it and it turned into a fight in front of the children.

Now, the couple divorced each other and the grandparents are still taking care of the kids. The confessor added that she had been praying that her sister will turn over a new leaf and is relieved to find that she is now gaming less and caring more about her children.

She hopes that the story that she has told will be a lesson for all.

“Don’t play games unless you are confident that you can control and plan your time well.”

“It’s not wrong to play games to relieve stress but for those who do as they please, it might just destroy everything that you have built, she continued.”

Well, too much of a good thing will not be good for long. It’s always best to practice moderation.
