‘Cartel Appointees’ at State Govt Office Get Exposed For Treating Staff Members Horribly

Taking to Twitter, this netizen is claiming that a ‘Cartel’ of employees, believed to be appointed by the state government, is turning a state-governed investment firm into a shambles.

In a video that saw warring factions going after each other’s throats in an office-wide argument, the initial video writes that a certain ‘cartel’ of individuals from a political party is turning the office upside down with their questionable practices.

In the video, a rift can clearly be seen between the top management and their employees.

There was probably a difference in opinions and a man in a green shirt was seen making rash decisions without proper Human Resources guidelines in place.

“You can quit now. Or risk staying in the same position until you retire!”

In the corresponding caption of the second video, this netizen mentions that the officers in question, could do almost anything to the staff.

“This ‘cartel’ is powerful enough that they can transfer staff, terminate or place them in cold storage as they please.”

With further information, netizens commenting on the video could simply be speculating and theorising what could happen next to those working in that office.
