Many kids nowadays are totally engrossed with their tablets and phones. Most of the time, you can catch them watching videos or playing games on their devices.

A father with the surname Huang in Shenzhen, Guangdong, caught his son playing mobile phone games at 1am.

As he gives his son 30 minutes for mobile games every day after he finishes his homework and 1 hour during the weekends, he was angry when he found out that the young boy was sneakily playing games in the middle of the night.

He discussed the issue with his wife and they agreed to go through with what Huang has planned, reported ETToday.

The father told his class teacher that the boy will be absent from school that day and proceeded to confront his son. He told the boy that he can play games for as long as he wanted as he wouldn’t have to go to school on that day.

The boy happily obliged but after some time, he changed several positions on the chair and eventually fell asleep.

His father then went to wake him up and asked him to continue playing the game. This cycle went on and on from 1.30am to 6.30pm until the young boy cried and begged his father for mercy.
