Sun & Sand Sports, the Middle East’s BIGGEST sports chain, has finally landed in Malaysia, and they’re inviting everyone to their Grand Launch Weekend from 4 – 7 January 2024 @ Centre Court, Mid Valley.

2. Celebrate with Opening Weekend Specials & arcade games
Though Sun & Sand Sports is having their Grand Launch Weekend early next year (more deets on this below!), they actually launched their Mid Valley outlet (first store in Malaysia!) on 17 November, followed by two more SSS branches: Pavilion Bukit Jalil on 21 November, as well as their upcoming branch in The Exchange TRX next year. Even at the time, they were already holding the super-limited Opening Weekend Specials, with ‘workout challenges’ for Malaysians to join and win vouchers!
For three days since each opening, Malaysians could take part in their Sticks Catching game and (hopefully) win up to RM50 in SSS vouchers. We even joined in the fun and scored some vouchers for ourselves~
Speaking of their soon-to-come branch in The Exchange TRX, don’t forget to keep an eye on the SSS Instagram page or be on the lookout when you’re visiting the mall so that you don’t miss out on the branch’s big launch. You’ll get to play the ‘Catch and Win’ game where you can win up to RM50 in SSS vouchers!

From 4 – 7 January 2024, Sun & Sand Sports will be hosting their extravagant Grand Launch Weekend, packed with plenty of exciting activities like the on-ground version of SSS Active Arcade, where you can take part in various fitness challenges for a chance to win SSS vouchers and exclusive SSS merchandise.
- Hoops for Days: Be the basketball all-star that you are and shoot for the hoop – precision and accuracy are key to winning!
- It’s Leg Day: Now you can’t back out on leg day, because you’ll be squatting, lunging and burpee-ing your way to glory.
- Bike Rush!: Time to put your spinning workout to good use, as you pedal your way to glory in this high-energy cycling challenge.
- Laundro Ball: Have fun with this unique twist on football, as you shoot for the laundry basket with balls of clothes.
