McDonald’s Officially Sold Out ALL D24 Durian McFlurry, Will Only Restock in 2018

OMG everyone, bad news! The much anticipated D24 Durian McFlurry at McDonald’s is no longer available for purchase after just about one week on the menu. Yes, you heard it right. 🙁

When McDonald’s first announced that they were introducing this awesome dessert to their menu, netizens were super excited to try it but if you haven’t tried it yet, you will just have to wait till next year, 2018!!!!

That’s because McDonald’s Malaysia has recently announced that their popular D24 Durian McFlurry has sold out in ALL stores nationwide and they won’t be restocking.

Excuse me while I cry in a corner. 

Based on their Facebook post, they said that the item has been sold out due to overwhelming response as they actually sold more than five times the projected amount.

In fact, we tried it ourselves and we absolutely loved it! Looks like we weren’t the only ones who did!

McDonald’s wrote in their post:

“As the product is made from real D24 Durian fruits, we won’t be able to get any extra stocks this year. However, we promise to bring it back in 2018. Again, thank you for lovin’ the D24 Durian McFlurry and we hope you’ll continue to enjoy our other desserts such as the Oreo McFlurry and Chocolate Sundae.”

As soon as they announced this on their Facebook page, netizens who saw it were super sad, especially those who have yet to try the highly-anticipated dessert. Most of them lamented the loss of this pungent fragrant dessert.

“OMG I wanted to try it this weekend, but now I missed my chance!!!” one netizen wrote.

“Aww, McDonald’s why you do this??” another commented.
