Potholes are certainly annoying but what’s more annoying is that the relevant authorities do not fix the potholes immediately.

Recently on different social media platforms, a young man went viral for his valiant efforts to try and patch up a pothole located in Johor.

The post reads:

“There is a big pothole near the Econsave roundabout from Kulai heading towards Bandar Puteri.”

” I saw a kind-hearted, selfless young man trying his best to fix that particular pothole to make sure that it’s safe for the other road users.”

“As it will be very long until the government fills in the pothole, we can only rely on ourselves to repair it.”

“Thank you, I am grateful.”

In the pictures attached to the post, we can see that the young man came prepared with a bucket of rocks that he had collected.

To fill up that hole at the side, he can be seen cautiously arranging the rocks.

This is the end product from his hard work! It may not be the best looking but at least it made the pothole shallower and even if people drove over it, it wouldn’t affect the vehicle as hard.

This selfless young man is definitely one who should be exemplified! We hope that the government will take proactive actions by filling up potholes as soon as possible.
