Kind PDRM Officers Help Pay for Repairs After Discovering a Rider Ran The Red Light Due to Faulty Brakes

A heartwarming video that’s making waves online shows a motorcyclist, with his children as passengers, getting stopped after running a red light in Kedah.

TikTok user @zukiy3044 shared the clip, showing how he and 2 other police officers from the Kepala Batas Police Station were conducting a Crime Prevention Patrol when they came across the motorcyclist.

The motorcyclist had faulty brakes

Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, Corporal Mohd Dazuki Mat Nor shared that when they questioned the motorcyclist, the man admitted he couldn’t fix his bike’s faulty brakes because of financial struggles.

Hearing this, the officers couldn’t help but feel for him. What started as an intention to take action quickly shifted into an act of compassion after understanding his situation.

The officers offered to pay the repair costs

In a post shared by the Kota Setar District Police, it was revealed that Corporal Mohd Dazuki Mat Nor, along with Lance Corporals Mohamad Ikram Abdullah and Muhammad Adzhar Hakimi Yusof, went above and beyond by taking the man’s motorcycle to a nearby workshop for repairs.

The 3 officers even paid for all the repair costs out of their own pockets before letting the man and his kids continue their journey home.

“Hats off to Corporal Mohd Dazuki Mat Nor, Lance Corporal Mohamad Ikram Abdullah, and Lance Corporal Muhammad Adzhar Hakimi Yusof for their incredible kindness. May your good deeds bring you endless blessings, and may your actions inspire other officers on duty,” the post read.
