Over two million vehicles were expected to use the highways daily as travellers travel across the peninsular for Christmas celebrations on Wednesday and the year-end school holidays.

The Malaysian Highway Authority (LLM) has directed all highway concessionaires to make thorough preparations, to ensure a smooth traffic flow during the holiday season.
