@allynawong shared a story on her Instagram that’s been getting a lot of attention online.
She explained how her friend, who lives in TTDI, agreed to meet her in Cheras for dinner and even offered to drop her back home afterwards.
They decided to talk in the car in front of her house
When Allyna got home, she and her friend decided to keep talking in the car, which was parked in front of her house.
As they chatted, Allyna noticed 2 men on motorcycles parked in front of her neighbour’s house. It made her feel a bit uneasy, but she decided to ignore it.
“I kept chatting with my friend, but then I noticed another motorcycle pass by. It was dark, so I couldn’t tell if it was the same one as before. All I remember was seeing a lot of motorcycles riding past us,” she shared.
Her friend decided to wait in the car alone
Allyna explained how she needed to grab something for her friend from her house and advised her friend to lock the car doors while she waited since she would be left alone in the car.
She quickly went inside, but when she came back out, she heard the motorcycles passing by again.
“I saw one of the guys walking in front of my house towards the passenger side of my friend’s car. He was looking inside through the window. Then he walked around the car to the driver’s side,” Allyna shared.
At that moment, she was standing on the porch, completely frozen and too stunned to scream or move.
The man eventually ran off
Out of fear, Allyna started wondering if her friend actually remembered to lock the car especially since she knows that her friend has this habit of not locking the doors.
She also shared that the guy actually tried to open the car door at one point, but luckily, her friend had locked it.
“When my friend finally spotted the guy, she started honking, and that made him run off,” Allyna added.
“Always lock your car doors as soon as you get in”
Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, Allyna shared that it was pretty unusual to see motorcycles passing by someone’s house that often, and it immediately gave her a bad feeling.
She said she and her friend were really shaken by what happened, and her friend definitely learned to always lock the car doors after that.
“Lock your car doors as soon as you get in, even if it’s just in front of your house. Always be aware of what’s happening around you. Don’t just sit in the car and chat. My dad reported it to the police, and they did patrol the area that same night, but that was about it.”
