“To all the kids out there, remember this: don’t worry about winning or losing. Every challenge is a stepping stone, and there’s always another day to strive for perfection. Keep learning, keep growing, and always believe in your potential”, shared Steven Raj, DVP, Partnerships and Alliances, ICMS.

Head Coach Am from Goals-R-Us Kids Academy also said, “It was a remarkable experience for us to take part in the competition as we are quite newly established in Malaysia’s grassroots football scene. For us, the results don’t matter. We are glad our team stood strong by experiencing themselves in the playoffs and it was such a great opportunity given. The experience gained is priceless.”

“The organisers have been strategically organised, well prepared and fully committed throughout the campaign. We’ll be back stronger and look forward to gain some momentum for the upcoming events. It has been a privilege.”

In the spirit of sportsmanship!

“The involvement of sports at the grassroot level is important as it instills the many important life values, such as tenacity, teamwork and importantly unity. At today’s meet we saw kids from many different states and football clubs enjoying football along with their friends, cheering on other teams and making new peers through the spirit of sportsmanship.”

“It is also good to see girls participating in this meet, alongside others. Well done to the organisers, ICMS, creating this platform of exposure for young football enthusiasts to not only hone their skills but gain the opportunity to meet and play alongside other children,” added Ms. Sheena Dina Rizal, Assistant Sports Marketing Manager, MILO.
