Journify, an integrated one-stop lifestyle digital platform representing the e-commerce and travel services business portfolio of Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG) is set to redefine its customers’ experience with an enhanced e-commerce platform and the launch of its new mobile app on iOS and Android.

Anchoring on travel and lifestyle, Journify offers a highly personalized travel experience solution that allows consumers to have easy access to information and knowledge to ‘discover’ their places of interests, facilitating them to ‘plan’ a bespoke experience and completing it with a marketplace that allows them to ‘shop’ for the products and services they need, anytime, anywhere through user-friendly functionalities, straightforward navigation and product categorisation, all available on a single Journify app.

Group Chief Executive Officer of Malaysia Aviation Group, Captain Izham, said “We aim to make Journify the handbook for every traveller in and to Malaysia. This robust and engaging platform that benefits both merchants and consumers reinforces the Group’s commitment to meeting travellers’ needs beyond flying. This also signifies our seriousness in building agility and robustness in our
operations to better serve our digitally savvy customers.

We believe that the introduction of Journify is timely to complement the recent announcement on border reopening, with more and more customers opting for digital tools to plan for their revenge travel and socialising in the new normal.”

Currently, Journify focuses on merchants related to travel lifestyle and locally developed products and services. In its “Local Favorites” section, it features homegrown companies and products like Penan bags, batik clothing, Trapo car accessories and local food and beverages such as Tapping Tapir and Durian Hill. Journify will also collaborate with Karyaneka to promote local artisans to travellers.

Added Captain Izham, “We are actively seeking out partnerships and inviting more merchants in various areas of the travel sector to take full advantage of the platform. To date, Journify has nearly 100 merchants, reflecting their confidence in our reach. At the same time, we are also working closely with various state tourism boards to promote more places and hidden gems in Malaysia, to reinvigorate the travel sector all the while supporting local businesses in this endemic phase and contributing to the turnaround of the country’s economy.”

In addition to the digital experience, Journify also offers a first of its kind flagship service called Journify2U at KL International Airport, which allows customers to purchase items on the Journify web/app and have them delivered to them at the boarding hall. Journify2U currently offers a great selection of meals and drinks from food and beverages outlets at the airport– and many more to come very soon. Customers can even opt for a personalised ‘Meet & Guide’ service, as a demonstration of our Malaysian Hospitality offered by the airline’s ground handling services, AeroDarat.

In line with the digital enhancement, MAG recently launched a full-scale brand campaign, called “One app. Endless Journeys,” featuring a cat donning the Journify pendant, representing the app, taking customers through a journey to different places to experience attractions, food, destinations, shopping and more.

To enjoy a great experience on Journify, visit myjournify.com or download the Journify app on iOS & Android, to get the latest information, and to purchase from over 1,000 premium products available on the Flagship Store, featuring products from MHartisans, MH-branded merchandises with AirDry, ‘Airline Exclusive’ products and many other exciting deals!
