1 second of negligence can cause a lot of unimaginable repercussions.

Recently, a netizen thanked the police for their efforts in locating the person who had stolen her phone and it took the police less than 24 hours to do so! Before her phone was retrieved, it was certainly a long day for her. Here’s the breakdown of what happened.

Initially, she shared an incident where her phone was stolen in Melawati Mall in KL yesterday evening (22 February). According to the police report that she had lodged, she was only aware of the absence of her phone when she had reached the parking lot.

She immediately returned to Haruka Bakery, where she remembered that she had left her phone on the counter. She requested to view the CCTV recordings from the workers of the bakery and that was when she found out her phone was stolen by another woman after she had left the place.
