Recently, a Malaysian woman took to Facebook to share how she got preyed on by an elderly uncle who pretended to seek her help to fix a broken light.

In a Facebook post, Michi En shared her story to warn other women and young girls about the elderly uncle who attempted to harass her.

According to Michi, the incident took place on Sunday (14 November) near Ms. Yau Canteen, Danau Kota Setapak, where Michi usually goes to takeaway food.

“Then, there is this Pak Cik behind me asking for help. He told me that he got something stuck and asked me for help. So, he lead me to an office downstairs near a few shops,” Michi explained.

“He told me that he got something stuck at the light up there (referring to an exit sign there).”

“I told him I was not tall enough to reach it but then this Pak Cik asked me: “Boleh saya angkat awak naik ambik barang itu?”

“Can I carry you up to get the stuff?”

Michi said she was stunned and told him she would find a tall guy for him to help him out. She quickly exited the office and headed back to the shop she was at.

“Then, I saw got tall people then I told him I’ll find a tall guy to help you. He then said “no need, no need” and said that he will wait for his friend to help him, and then he just drove his motorbike off.”

Michi told WORLD OF BUZZ she suspects that this is not the first time the uncle had pulled such a stunt.

“The Pak Cik might aim small kids as his next victim. I am actually short, my friend told me that maybe I look short, he thinks I’m a kid and don’t know anything,” she said.

“It really makes me feel angry that such perverts would always think they can just away like this.”

“Women are stronger than you think!”

Michi said in her post that the incident has traumatized her and made her depressed.

“I later decided to ask the shop nearby for CCTV footage. It really takes courage for me to walk into the shop and tell about the incident and ask the shop owner for CCTV footage.”

“I am really thankful to the shop owner as he spent 30 minutes to find the CCTV footage for me,” Michi added.

“Dear ladies, please be careful and alert if there is someone asking for your help especially when you are all alone by yourself! And to all the parents out there, educate your children too if there is any stranger asking your children for help,” Michi advised.

“And to this pervert in this video, you may think girls or women are weak and you might think you are going to get away like this right?  You think we women will be afraid and keep quiet right?”

“No! We women are stronger than you think! Please don’t mess with us! To anyone who knows this guy in this video or finds this guy to look similar, please teach this guy what a real man should do and shouldn’t do!”
